****!!!

This company is the absolute worst. They persistently contact you and persuade you to take out a telkom phone contract with them. I said no multiple times because I already have a contract with them, but the agent kept at it. I eventually agreed to take out a phone contract for someone who needed it. Received the phone late, but it was okay, because I at least received it. This month, I get my first statement from Telkom. It includes the monthly contract charge of the phone and data package that comes with it, but guess what?? This **** of a company added a second phone that I have to pay for at once in a lumpsum and I have never received a second phone! So now on my debit order date, I am going to be charged thousands of Rands for a phone I don't have and also the monthly charge for the phone I did receive above my own contract with Telkom. Telkom cannot do anything because it's a third party company I dealt with. This company is probably now sitting with the device I am having to pay for in full and will probably sell it to someone else or have done so already. It's absolutely disgusting and I just want to warn everyone out there, if you receive a call from Broadband Solutions, hang up immediately! IThey all of a sudden do not pick up calls, the 3 numbers I have for them are never available and my emails bounce back. The person I dealt with is a female by the name of Anastascia. Oh and they do not send you an email or sms of the contract you took out with them which should have alerted me to their ****my ways but I was assured it would be sent to me once the order was delivered. This company knows what they're doing and they're good at it. It's a highly organized ****. Hopefully, with spread awareness, they will be taken down soon.
