Broadband Solutions horrible service ever

This company based in Durban trading by the name of Broadband Solutions on behalf of Telkom. they called me offering me a mobile phone. on the Phone I heard them saying A30, but when I receive the Phone it was A13. I immediately called them back to come pick up the phone and cancel the contract as this was not what we agreed on. they indeed sent Ram couriers and picked up the phone, we agreed that the contract should be cancelled. now 2 months later they calling me saying I am in arrears, they claiming the phone is still with me and the contract is still active, I have requested voice recordings to confirm this so that I can take this to ombudsman but they taking me pillar to post. if you want peace of mind, do no bother taking contract with this people. I have heard terrible services in my life before, but this got to be worse than all of them combined.
