Broadband Solutions and Telkom SA worst service

Most unprofessional business every , try calling the call centre on *** , when you state your complaint the lady did not want to give her name said I must call back after there tea time she can not assist me , after I said I can't call again as I am struggling to get them to answer she put me on hold , people don't buy anything from broadband Solutions, they even say they working from telkom , when you call telkom no help either , I want to return the product within 7days and no help from Broadband Solutions or Telkom SA .
