Broadband Solutions

Having the baddest experience with Broadband Solutions ever. Made a sale on LTE mobile rooter. I received the rooster but some cards were not activated. Activation took place but I have no internet access at all. I've been phoning them for a week now and every time they have a better excuse to reassure me that I do have network coverage but yet I am the one still with a rooster that is not working!!!! Please help me with cancelling this purchase. Frustrated
