We all humans

I was 2 days late on a payment, and attempted to explain my situation. There was no remorse nor was there empathy for my attempt to explain, sometimes in life we hit roadblocks, but apparently not with this company. I was forced to pay the rent and had been escalated to the collections department after being 2 days late, after paying the rent I asked if she could confirm payment and now I'm being ignored. Poor service and very rude. If you're not compassionate and understanding, don't come across to be that way.
