Unprofessional behaviour from an estate agent at BRL PROPERTIES

An estate agent from BRL Properties whom I thought was really sweet ended up being extremely unprofessional.

We went to view a property she is advertising and she was really nice face to face, but it must've been an act.

We were really happy with the apartment and we were interested in it, I asked her a few times for the application form, she said she would send it to me in person, I sent her a message thanking her for her time and also told her we were interested and that we wanted the application form and I sent her my email address as well, she rep**** and asked me for my email again which I then sent again, till today she has not read my messages or sent me the application form.

This made us lose interest in the apartment.

I find this extremely unfair behaviour and very unprofessional as everyone deserves a chance, yet most times I feel like estate agents judge me and don't give me a fair chance. I am no chancer.

We really need a new place and I find it hard to find one because of behaviour like this.

Very unhappy and very unprofessional. Not fair at all.
