Worst furniture removal experience ever!!

Worst furniture removal I've ever experienced. So many goods ended up damaged. Almost all the boxes ended up damaged. Boxes marked fragile and which side up were packed haphazardly with heavier stuff on top of them which led to breakages. Boxes packed by packers were unmarked and foodstuffs were packed upside down causing losses. Communication with manager was awful and he has no idea about customer service. The customer is definitely not their first priority and I would never recommend them or use them again. They even damaged the gate at the pickup address.
