Unfortunate Circumstances Made Right

<p>My experience with Britz Couriers, when all is said and done, was a good one. I sent a parcel from CT to Jhb. For at least a week the parcel went missing. It was eventually located but sadly a couple of the items were missing and the remaining contents were soiled. Britz, who had used a 3rd party to do the delivery, waived their courier charge which was a grand an appreciated gesture. I have ended up as a happy customer. Thank you!</p>
