Truck too small for the load
The truck arrived late, and was too small for the load. We moved 2 big trailer loads of goods ourselves, that was on their list, but still they charged extra because the truck had to do 2 trips.

As discussed you confirmed you would make the extra payment but you will need to leave a review on Hello peter. I wonder if the payment was not requested would you have left the review?
The truck that came to do the move did one full load and then still went back for a 2nd trip. The cost of the 2nd trip (R1000) was discussed with you when you said you had extra items prior to the move. We mentioned that if the truck had to drive for a 2nd time we would ask the extra money and you agreed to this. The truck was only 1/3 full and had space for the items. The items where in the garage and the staff where told not to worry about it. No when we pressure you for the money you cry foal, foal that you needed to move some of the stuff that your husband said he will move, foal that the truck was to small after all eventualities where discussed prior to the move. 30 days later we are still asking for the money you promised.
