They water damaged all my boxes including irreplaceable books

Absolute ******* company. Never use these people and rather take your business elsewhere.

I trusted this company to safely transport my boxes from Johannesburg to Cape Town, and what I received was a set of water damaged boxes that appear to have been drenched. Over 30 of my books were water damaged and irreparable - expensive and also of sentimental value. And they even had the audacity to send back a mouldy blanket that they somehow shoved back into the drenched box. Absolutely despicable. And then they have the audacity to refuse any accountability for the damages - financial or otherwise.

Rather go to a professional moving company that actually knows what they are doing. You would think avoiding the rain would be a basic element of long distance transportation, but no thats not what you get here.
