Quick response to emails, collection of the furniture the very day after I accepted the quote and delivery without any hassles two days later. Friendly, efficient team. The driver kept me up to date regarding collection and delivery times and I received confirmation that the item was collected via email. The only thing I regret is that I have not known about Britz when we relocated in December. This is a super-team!
