Outstanding service from start to finish

We moved quite a few times over the past 10 years and used various different moving companies. Hats off to Britz Couriers and Removals - the one company that does exactly what they promised. I was enquiring about insurance on damages etc as that ALWAYS happens, Jean rep**** that they work on replacement value and not a percentage of the total value as most moving companies do and in that way always finds a reason not to pay out. But with saying that he said that I shouldn't worry, they only had 2 damage incidents in the past and that he can tell me that nothing would be damaged or broken...well - there wasn't! Another typical problem with moving companies - you get a salesman promising you the sun and moon and on the day of the move, you turn out as the manager to make sure everything happens as quoted - not in this case, Jean was there the entire day, managing his people, not once was I asked by them what to do next or to solve some kind of problem that popped up. And on the inventory lists that you always have to supply and on the move day you realize you forgot to put something on the list and it is lengthy arguments with the moving company to just get everything moved - Britz Couries and Removals come out and quote you on total house content move, and they DO move EVERYTHING, they don't leave until everything was loaded off at the new property. Thanks Jean and team - this was one move that was a positive experience!
