Our New First Choice

This is the first time that I have been blown away by a removal company. I have always liked the movers, the people are always friendly and helpful but the staff at Britz Couriers just set the bar. Firstly, I asked them to move the date twice and they accommodated me as much as they could and my requests were at the last minute where the other quotes I received were not flexible. Secondly, the team on the day were smaller than we have ever had before and just as efficient as other larger teams, if not the most efficient team that we have had. Thirdly they responded to our quote request promptly and there was no comparison to the others. The way they treated our furniture and the way they cover everything in their blankets was simply a summary of our whole experience. Fast, efficient, careful and diligent. No short cuts. The whole experience was a good one from collection to delivery. I highly recommend them and they will be my first call in the future. They have an edge on all the bigger removal companies and its not just one thing - its everything! Thank you Rohan, Johannes and your team, we are looking forward to future moves!
