Jean of Britz Couriers jumped in when I was let down by another company and needed to move a fridge from Plettenberg Bay to Cape Town in a hurry. I was pleasantly surprised by the superior level of customer service. He took care of everything very competently, I didn't have to worry about anything and he kept me informed all the way - such a weight off my mind! From start to finish, Jean was very professional, helpful and courteous and although it was a small move, it was treated with the utmost attention and care, which I really appreciated.
