Never again

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this moving company. During my recent move, I discovered that a number of my personal items were ****** from one of my boxes—items that held both monetary and sentimental value. It is deeply upsetting to realize that I trusted this company with my belongings, only to have that trust violated by members of their staff.

Despite packing and labeling everything myself, and ensuring all boxes were sealed and accounted for, I found several items missing upon unpacking. I have tried to reach out to the company for accountability and a resolution, but the response has been dismissive and unhelpful.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. A moving service should offer peace of mind, not added stress and loss. I urge others to be very cautious before using their services.
