EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY SERVICE

What a great experience we recently had when Britz Couriers & Removals assisted with moving my mother. We had been worrying about the size of the truck to get into her complex and had that sorted, but didn't realise that a tree in the road before the entrance would prevent the truck from getting into her place. Niel and his team were remarkable and made a plan so that the move could proceed on time. They were extremely helpful and efficient and eased a very emotional situation. On delivering the furniture to her new home, Niel communicated regularly to let us know where they were and when they expected to arrive. And they arrived exactly on time. Henry in the Operations Office was also great and his assistance was remarkable. One thing I can say, calls are always answered and if not you receive a call back within minutes. Emails are also always answered timeously. It was really a great experience, the service was amazing and we can really recommend Britz Removals
