Disappointing service
They were 2 hours late for my removal, and one of the guys kept telling me to pay him, though I told him million times that I have already made payment to their company. And then, I discovered that my wall mirror is missing, I reported the matter to their office, and of course they told their manager Rohan that they off-loaded everything.

Its very strange that the guy asked you for payment, because all payments are done via EFT... But I will definitely look into this. Because we never work with cash payments...
And then the mirror. We did speak to the team and they said everything they loaded was offloaded... And the truck was empty when they left...
We always check the trucks when they get back to the yard and there was nothing left behind on the truck...
Can you maybe make sure that the mirror was loaded from the collection adress?
