Unhappy customer

I rented a motorhome from you for the Easter weekend and when the national lockdown was announced I indicated my intention to cancel. I indicated that my business was affected by this shutdown and I need every cent I could get......there's been backwards and forward with you giving me the runaround. Hayleigh Coetzee, kindly return my messages as you promised I would get my money in a week, which is now over a month ago, what kind of Customer care do you provide when you are actually the manager there.

Just stop lying to people and give us our money back.
