Mardo place in Brits

They don’t even deserve a single star. First of they failed to maintain their property whilst I was rented there. The apartment was full of mould and they never bothered to check the root of the problem and fix it, they painted the mould 🤣 stupid. The whole mardo place tenants were complaining about roaches and have been asking for fumigation for years, nothing was done.

I don’t even want to mention the ******ies other tenants encountered at Mardo Place(Brits) due to poor security measures. The is a broken wall so tsotsis enters there and the gate motors keeps breaking and they months to fix it. Tsotsi’s had it easy there shame. The worst rental experience ever. I wish it was possible to attach pictures from the WhatsApp group to see the grievances of of other tenants and the ******ies proof and the mould pictures. Disgusting management.

When you move out, they will give you a run around with your deposit. They will even deduct ridiculous money from your deposit. It’s been 6+ weeks now since I moved out but I still haven’t received my full deposit fee.
