Ms Lize Lourense and Lohan Otto do not want to replace Ford Ecosport i bought from them and did not disclose that gearbox was replaced

<p>I bought Ford Ecosport from Brits Nissan 25 November 2016. on the second week after receiving the car from the dealer I have contacted the sale person Ms Lerato Baloyi regarding the car asking if is there any problem that the first owner of the car has experienced? Because the car it has a funny noise / sound as if is a diesel car, it is uncomfortable, while I was driving to work to centurion in old Johannesburg road the car just stopped in the middle of the road and my speed limit was at about 100, I was very scared and trying to figure out what is the problem and if I have touched were I was not supposed to, but I couldn’t find anything.</p> <p>This is not my first car. I was using the same transmission with my old cars I have never experienced what I am experiencing now. the car is surging and sudden stop, noise etc. our last agreement was to take the car to Ford on 2 March 2017 for inspection and provide lize with the report of which i did. since that time i havent received any feedback from Lize. and i have requested them to replace the car with a similar car because this i dont feel safe to drive it and i cant keep on asking my husband's car.</p> <p>they have never disclose that the car gearbox was replaced until i had a some challenges with the car and request a history of the car. now the car it is left with 2 years waranty if something happen to the car i will have to fix the car from my pocket at the same time paying the bank? i cannot affort to do that.</p> <p>What i need from them is to replace the car it is not safe for me and my family and the next person. why other people they do replace their cars or it is because i am black? especially the manager Lohan Otto, says they cant replace the car they can fix for me and keep it. this it is a fully **************. </p> <p>I think their intension is to ensure that the 6 months period complete. so that i wont have a say to them.</p> <p> </p>
