Untrained clearners with attitude

Cleaning services at Brits mall has employees that are rude and have attitude. Today a lady by the name of MARIA( SHORT IN HEIGHT AND LIGHT SKINNED IN COMPLEXION, gave me attitude and her supervisor. she had a nerve to ask me what am I special with after sweeping behind my feet, she did not even allow me to pass first. Please see everything on camera, whoever is in charge of BRITS MALL. I DONT KNOW OF I SHOULD SAY WHAT DID I EXPECT ITS BRITS MALL. If this is not addressed I will lay a charge against MARIA OF PUBLIC HARRASSMENT AND THE MALL.
