Attitude and disrespect on duty

Reporting horrible cleaning services that hires immature and undisciplined cleaning staff. Today a lady by the name of MARIA SWEEPED ON MY FEET, when I reprimanded her she became difensive and used valgur language stating "Am I special, she is rude by nature, I can report her she does care in front of her supervisor. She even refused to come so I left. I don't know if I should say what must I expect is Brits mall not Menlyn mall. I think she needs to back to training and counselling cause the psycho part of her came out that she even covid and took of her mask. Roll cameras please and check. BRITS MALL DEAL WITH THIS, ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
