BRITS HOSPITAL NIGHTMARE (INCOMPETENCE)

My mother came to the hospital around 7 am and covid19 specimen were taken as she was supposed to go for a scan in rustenburg. at 12:40 a call was made to emrs asking for an ambulance but to no avail. At around 7 pm i and my brother went personally to the emrs base and the supervisor promised to help us. 30 mins later he sent the ambulance but the ambulance had to go back to the base because some Doctor just took covid19 specimen and failed to take it to the lab. One of the night shift workers had to take the specimen to lab urgently since the Dr in rustenburg cant accept my mother without the covid19 results. But lab refused to do urgent job on the specimen claiming they are busy
