BAD SERVICE!!!

brits hospital is the bad hospital ever, my grandmother since he was admitted to the hospital in December the 18th. she broke her hip. even now she has never done operation, which is understandable because of her age, but the nurses there have attitude and they cant even take care of the patients.. there is no basic care there, your family member can die while watching. fast-forward to to the latest even on the 06/02/2021 my granny complained that she needs to be change the nappy to my surprise they told her that nappies are finished in the hospital, as a result one of my aunt went to the hospital to deliver nappies for my granny to her surprise when she got to the security gate they told her to go back with the nappies because the hospital has, mind you my gran mother finished the whole weekend on the dirty nappy and she even got sores on her bums because of the negligence. I have been complaining since December up until now, but still nothing is changing. I tried to get hold of the MEC's office but I failed...I really don't know what to say anymore. I'm tired of complaining.
