Wrong Part / No refund

I ordered a part online. Sent the part 1 week over due date. Arrived, it was wrong part for wrong motor. I immediately sent WhatsApp messages to Ryan. I asked for the delivery address and to date he never provided it. I took a chance by sending it to the web address. They took delivery and when I asked for a refund, I was given the 7 day exchange policy. I would strongly suggest not to purchase any parts from them.
