Very Unhappy customer

I had a stressful experience I paid for T6 window switch,I called them to find out if they have stock,they said they have but I should pay online to qualify for a discount,I did and send the POP .when I ask they said they gave it to The courier guy,buy the courier says everytime they collect they say they don't have the part yet.i paid on the 11of June and they blocked my number now.If anyone can help please do so.
