Very bad Automotive parts supplier

i ordered a part on the 1st of April on the 17th April the wrong part arrived I contacted them and they said they would resend the correct part it is now the 18th May and i have received nothing when i attempt to contact them they do not answer either phone or emails and it appears they want to ignore the problem I either want them to send the correct part that i ordered or refund me. I get no response
