Undesirable business practice.

I bought a part from them and it turned out to be a wrong part. I informed them about the situation and they promised to exchange the part. It has been over a month now and I'm not hearing anything from them.

I reached out to them a multiple times, on different platforms, but my messages remain ignored. I'm feeling defeated because the condition of my car is getting worse while they are holding on to my money. The communication was well before I transferred the money, and afterwards I was all on my own.

I'd think twice before dealing with this company.
