Toyota corolla Alternator Brits Brothers Auto parts

I have paid an Alternator that I saw on brits Brothers Auto parts, via a communication on what's app and and he gave me the account number then I paid but after that when I ask for a waybill to track the parcel, I was ignored and when I send their director an email he said my parcel was ready for shipment. Its been 2 weeks now I never received any response from them
