Stole my money, never delivered and then ghosted me.
They basically stole my money. I paid for an order (got the invoices ), they didn't deliver and then ghosted me. No communication form my supposedly "account manager Erika". No number to call and when you send a WhatsApp they instantly read it and never reply. So what now? I definitely won't leave it there. I'm just warning all other potential customers. Don't waist your time and money with them.

20 Mar 2026, 08:33So the end of the story is: they eventually got back to me. They didn't have stock. I said I will wait for a week or two. After a month they can't supply. I asked for my refund and this is litterel the reply I got:
- good afternoon sir I have asked the office what's the holdup on te refund and the boss came back to me and said once the review on hello peter are removed they will do the refund for you.
