Scrubs

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought a product (led taillight) online thinking it would make my life easier, but instead it has been nothing but a headache. The light that arrived was not compatible with my car and the features were incorrect, completely unusable.

To make things worse, the customer service is unacceptable. I tried contacting them over email, no response. Calls are not answered, if picked, just as like their WhatsApp, they stop responding once they find out I'm talking about a return🤧

So now I’m stuck with an expensive light I don’t want, can’t use, and can’t return. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them if you can. Worst online shopping experience.
