Run away from Brits Brothers

I ordered a part on 28 September, the part was never delivered. I informed them they told me they will source from another supplier, that never happened. I asked for refund, then they asked for my banking details which I provided and since then they no longer answer watsapp messages and that is the only way to communicate with them, they dont take phone calls. I even ask them to supply some parts from the refund due to me, but still no response. I tried communicating with different sales reps as there are 4 watsapl numbers they don't entertain any communication. When I use a different phone number to initiate communication they are quick to respond thinking its a new customer, but when I start requiring about the non delivered order they stop communicating. I have never seen this kind of bad service which in my opinion is dishonesty and not legitimate business that they are running.
