Poor Service by Brits brothers Auto parts

They give worse service ever they sell s**** parts in the name of second hand parts On the 14 April 2025 i ordered a Cylinder head for a citi golf 1.4 for R1200 without camshaft i dint have a problem with that bcos i had one here to fit to it. On the 22 April 2025 the cylinder head came with courier guy i was excited Upon receiving of the parcel i noticed that the cylinder head was severely damaged it had rust and decay on the valve side one valve cylinder was badly damaged . Took it to the engineering the following day and they confirmed my worst fears they told me that the cylinder head is s**** and it cant be fixed was not satisfied took it to another engineering shop they told me the same story that this cylinder head is s****. Being frustrated i contacted one of the sales person at Brits brothers and told them about the problem and for a possible return and refund as i was still within the 7 day return policy money back in 7 days clause of their Their response regarding that was that they cnt do a refund to my suprise as it was or its is stated in their website that there is a 7 days money back refund on faulty parts. They also sent me a wrong address for me to return the faulty part 9 francolin helena bay which is not correct the correct one where they are based is vredenburg

I would not recommend anyone one to do business with this guys as they are ************* and also not honest with customer hard earned money buy anything at them you will cry
