Order not being shipped.

I have ordered a part from them on the 6th of April 2025. Up to date on the website the status just indicates order packed.

I have contacted and Whatsapp multiple numbers with little to no respons. I have managed to get some answers through a lady on whatsapp who assured me the order will be send out. This morning 15/04 /2025 still no news or any update from their side. I have now requested a refund on my order and was indicated that it will be refunded somewhere in the week. So again a have to wait for my money to be refunded, thats now if im gonna get the refund...
