No service from Brits Brothers

I ordered a part from Brits Brothers & received it within a few days. It was the wrong part, however, & I have been unable to get a response from Brits Brothers. I wrote the following on WhatsApp & e-mail with no response:

"Hi Brits Brothers, I received the part, however, I require the electrically operated mirror. Can I return this one & order an electric one? How do I go about doing that? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated."

I have also requested the correct part online, however, I got no response there either!
