My first encounter with them was okay, but then I ordered a part again as advertised, and a totally different part arrived that was completely unusable. After immediate contact with them, they just left me a voice message saying that this was what I ordered. I sent them the pre-order conversations and a picture, and then they decided to block me. Willem's wife made contact with me through WhatsApp and told me they would process a refund after I returned the parts to them, which I did. Sadly, that was the end of our conversation; they now have not rep**** to my WhatsApp messages, and I'm stuck with nothing – no refund and no part. It is clear to me that they are a bunch of ****mers who have ****** me of my money!"
