Incorrect part received - Terrible service

I purchased a Bashan Xplode kickstart lever on the 1/10/2025, received it on the 9/10/2025, but what I received is not the product I ordered. On their website the kickstart lever is a black lever, I received a cheap silver one. I have contacted them via whatsapp on the 9/10./2025 to explain that I was not happy with what I received, after showing them a pic of what I received I received this answer "Oh yes that is not correct, ill get this sorted with the supplier immediately" still to this day I have not heard another word from them, I keep sending them messages, they read the message and dont even reply.
