Britsbrothers , No communication with customers.!!

I ordered and paid for a part from Britsbrothers which I never received. After more than a month of no communication from them, a lady called Melissa contacted me on whatsapp and I was fully refunded. My question is why did it take them so long to respond to my queries.?? Britsbrothers need to work on their customer relationship skills!!
