Brits Vulgar Swearing ****sters
What a terrible experience. I ordered a part. After more than a week where I was told the courier failed to pick it up, the wrong part was then sent to me. When I confronted Ryan, without calling him names or swearing at me, at started using words I cannot repeat here. A person who was trained both overseas and here in SA who is seen as a master told me it is the wrong part. Ryan told me to put the part deep into .... and I will not return it. He sent me vulgar messages on whatsapp. Brits Brothers is a disgrace to humanity.

25 Jun 2025, 16:09The part that was sent was anyway broken at the back and some bits were missing. How they can think that this would work and bring back customers I really do not know. So, they first cannot even get a delivery going, the communication is terrible, then they send the wrong part, then they argue with the top pro, then they swear at you, and then you lose according to them... I am not going to lose...
