Brits brothers auto parts

I am very disappointed with Brits brothers auto parts, I last purchased a part from them and still hasn’t been delivered. I have been doing follow up with them and they don’t respond back on WhatsApp, after a week they responded by saying I should send my banking details for refund still now I haven’t got my refund. What level of service do we call? Is it how they handle their business with customers
