Brits brother auto parts bad service

I bought a car part from them and received a email confirming the payment. Order #391410 (April 18, 2026). I have send emails and wattsap messages to find out where the car part is. They kept saying that I did no buy anything for them even when sending them a screenshot of the conformation email. This morning 21 May 2026 I was asked for my bank account details on wattsap and then after sending it I was blocked on wattsap. When I send emails I do not get any response from them. I don't think that they will send me my car part or give me back my money although I send them proof of payment.
