BAD Service

This guys horrible. At first I have ordered a turbo for ford t7 which I saw on the advert. We communicated well via whattsapp and told me to pay. Once paid they went mute. Have to nag them to courier the part for almost a week . At last they created waybill and send me tracking number. While I was told by courier company that they went to collect the part but was not ready,eish went to them again until they courier it. Then after 5 days received the parcel,when open it find that they send the wrong turbo for t6 instead of t7. I called them but was not answered,wrote WhatsApp as usual but was not attended and now Ryan is not taking my calls. He claimed to be my sales person but after paying he started not to take my calls. Now I'm stucked with wrong part. I will not advise anyone to buy from them. Actually they are not auto parts but they are the middle man between the seller and the buyer. They advertise parts on behalf of the seller. Then they send courier to collect from the seller to the buyer. Horrible experience I had with them.
