Bad customer service

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Brits Brothers, Ordered and paid for a part - did not receive it up to a stage where they offered a refund. Refund still not paid. Then they offered us a part that was not in their stock, as a "sorry" gesture. When we ask for the refund again, they told us that the product was delivered so they will close the matter. We told them that the item was the incorrect item it was damaged. Very very bad service
