Appalling service, zero communication and missing refund!

I placed an order on 9 July, never received it, and had to chase them down myself only to be told on 27 July that the product was out of stock. After requesting an EFT refund, I was told on 3 August that my refund was submitted and would take up to 7 business days. It is now well past that deadline, and after repeatedly following up via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, I am being completely ignored with no response, no money, and no proof of payment. Waiting this long for an unfulfilled order and a withheld refund is completely unacceptable. Do not buy from them!
