Horrible Service, No Feedback!!!!!

We contacted Brits Beukes Attorneys in 2020 Regarding a Road Accident Claim, later that year they arranged for him to go to another doctor for tests which he did. Since then we have tried to follow up with no success. They do not return calls or answer whatsapp messages or emails. Last response received was 8 June 2021 stating that the summons was drafted and that the Attorney needs to check that all info is correct after which it will be sent to their Pretoria Office to be served by the Sherrif on the RAF. No response after that, no feedback. If there is anyone out there that has dealt with Brits Beukes Attorneys before and can advise us as to what to do now? The 3 years required by the RAF for submitting a claim has expired now and we do not even know if anything had been done!!!!!!
