False advertising

I bought a Kia Soul in May from a Ford and Nissan dealer in Birts trading as Brits Auto. Car was advertised with a full service record. When I took the car for its service I found out there was NO SERVICE record on the car. I contacted the dealer they said there was a record. I've asked for a full refund because of false advertising... after many emails I went to confront them in Oct..... then I was told the engine in my car was not the original one, the original engine blew up because of water damage, and to even make it worst, the VIN and Engine numbers does not match. How did the car get through the road worthy test as well as the 101 check of the dealer. Once again I asked for a full refund as the whole transaction was **********. Every time I asked for a refund there was another story, they want to charge me for wear and tear or I must buy another car from them, or they will give me a warranty..... everything but my refund. It's easy to sell a car but when you are in the wrong why is it so difficult to do the right thing..... The 101 test revealed my breaks was finished as well but when I took it for a service I had to pay for it.... even though the knew it....
