SHOUTING AN EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!

heee mfazi , i went to Britos here in Montague Gardens in Cape Town.... so i was at the back , waiting to be attended because i wanted Russians & they need to be scaled... so shame eventually a staff member came to assist me , another lovely lady..... now as she was helping me , this other staff member was getting shouted by i supposed that Tall guy is their supervisor or manager ... he was shouting her kwiOpen space ( i don't know what she did) But that is NOOOO way of speaking to any employee now that you see customers are looking he said "come to the Office" shouting STILL! even making that finger gesture of "come here" am not sure whether that Mama who was being shouted is coloured or xhosa but that does matter ! you cannot speak to people like that ! other staff members that works there at the Butchery were just watching as well , keeping quiet! probably afraid .... unfortunately i interfered and told him he cannot shout at people like that in front of the customers and he turned to me and shouted and said "am doing this so that you customers can have better service" .....what better service when we can hear How he is yelling at his employees ?? i moved went eFront to pay , he still followed me arguing that he knows what he is doing .... am sure kuToxic as hell shame .... That Woman was being shouted at in front of the customers and her Collegues , care to know how she feels ? it is Humiliating and can lower one's Confidence! i still say i do not know what she did , mara shame hayi angeke!
