Sub standard product delivery

I ordered 3 beef hindquaters from the Britos Stikland. At no time was I told that the order can not be met. I was actually informed that they will order it in and process it. I went in to the store and placed an order for the 3 hindquaters. I paid a deposit to ensure it was ordered. They store manager Danny was very helpful to accomodate. The blockman came to me and asked me how I want the meat processed. I told him what i want and said he knows what is required. When i picked up my 3 hindquaters I paid the outstanding amount. Now the fun start. When i got home and unpacked the meat I saw to my dismay that 7,3kg of my 69kg hindquater consisted of fat. I was informed by Danny that the kidney fat is usually hard and heavy. I understand that. But where is my kidneys then if i get the kidney fat? I did not get any kidneys why the fat then. I know why because they cannot get rid of the fat so they add it to your hindquater. The meat was not cut the way the blockman said it would be. Even after i was assured that he knows what i want. I have alot of cooking meat that is more bone and sinew then anything else. But that i was informed is the potjie kos meat. I think alot of their other offcuts was thrown into my 3 hindquaters. I was also informed when i complained about the meat cuts that they dont usually do such big orders and it was done especially for me. Seriously??? Who would want to throw a sale of R12 ,000.00 away??? My suggestion, Don't go and buy from Britos in Stikland. Especially not bulk. I have been buying hindquaters for 16 years plus and this is the first time i got such a raw deal. I feel like a victim of theft now.
