Price incorrect!

Went into Britos to buy meat I get an OX lung for R2.03 and my lucky day i take it to pay for it and the cashier takes otto her manager's and Miguel Santa tells me I can't pay that amount their scale was incorrect and my question is whose fault is tgat? I will pay what is in there and he said No it won't happen...he took the ox lung back and the cashier went to weigh it and came back with R19 something price i am never purchasing anything on that store again. They couldn't own up to their fault and he spoke to me like his speaking to his damn kid... This is the Britos in Main road Wynberg!
