Duplicate deductions

I made a purchase on 22 Dec 2024 for R1427.40 On 2 March 2025 they deducted I logged a ***** call with my bank. I email Britos Their response on 4 March was with a letter from Standard stating they are aware of the problem and would receive my funds I. 24 to 48 hours. It's on the 8 March still no money. I am unemployed and that was my expenses and transport for interviews.
